The Utica Tattoo Fest is a 3 day tattoo weekend. Presented by Utica's oldest tattoo studio, Eternal Images, and brought to you by O'scugnizzo's Pizzeria, another Utica original, the Tattoo fest will feature award-winning atrists from across the northeast. Taking place at the historic Hotel Utica, the Tattoo fest will not disappoint the tattooed (and non-tattooed) masses! So if you're looking to get a new tattoo, or just want to look around-join us on September 17,18,19th for some world class tattooing...then when the sun goes down, join us across the city as we check out some of the 200 plus bands at over 15 different venues throughout the city!
